Slow Down, Stop and Shoot

On Christmas Eve I drove down to my mom’s house in the Blue Ridge mountains. Anyone that has ever been in the car with me or for that matter on the phone with me while I am driving knows how much I hate driving and make it my goal to get to my destination as quick as possible with as few stops as possible.

On this particular day for my drive though, I knew my mom was out and wasn’t going to be back by the time that I would normally arrive. I decided I would get off the interstate, take some backroads with my camera and try to capture some interesting images.

What would I like to see at WWDC 2013

We are quickly approaching one of my favorite days of the year. For me it is the geek version of the Super Bowl. I sit in front of three or four computers with live streams, TWiT coverage and live blog feeds straight out of the Moscone Center. We are just over a week away from Tim Cook taking the stage at WWDC 2013. There are several things that I am expecting to see on June 10th, several things that are rumored I don't expect to hear about at all and there are the things I hope I will see but have my doubts.

There are a lot of times I find myself in the living room working on my laptop while either listening to music or watching Netflix on my AppleTV. But one of the most annoying things I discovered is when I used my Apple Remote to control the AppleTV my laptop would start going crazy.
